What are credits?
Credits are the currency of TTS2Go. 1 credit equals 1 character of content. When you generate speech, credits are deducted based on the length of your text.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard at any time. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated.
What happens when I run out of credits?
New generation requests will be rejected until your credits reset at the next billing cycle. You can also buy top-up credit packs that never expire.
Can I buy more credits?
Yes! Top-up packs are available in 10,000, 40,000, and 100,000 credit bundles. Top-up credits never expire and are used after your monthly allocation runs out.
What voices are available?
We use ElevenLabs for high-quality AI voices. The number of voices you can use depends on your plan tier.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan gives you full access to the platform — create projects, configure content profiles, set up voices, and integrate the SDK. The only limitation is 0 credits for audio generation. It's designed to let you build and integrate first, then pay when you're ready to generate.
Is there a self-hosted option?
Not at this time. TTS2Go is a fully managed service with CDN-delivered audio for the best performance.
