• Billing information: processed by LemonSqueezy; we do not store credit card numbers
• Content: text submitted for TTS generation (stored as hashed identifiers)
• Usage data: API calls, generation counts, timestamps

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• To process transactions and manage subscriptions
• To send service-related communications (account alerts, usage warnings)
• To enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse
• To generate aggregated, anonymized usage analytics

3. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication (JWT session tokens). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels. Our SDK packages do not set cookies on end-user browsers.

4. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following third parties only as necessary to provide the Service:

• ElevenLabs - receives text content for audio generation
• OpenRouter - receives text content for AI content verification
• Cloudflare R2 - stores generated audio files
• LemonSqueezy - processes payments and subscriptions
• SMTP2GO - sends transactional emails

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your account. Generated audio files are retained on the CDN while your subscription is active. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized usage statistics may be retained indefinitely.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including: encrypted data in transit (TLS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), hashed API keys (SHA-256), and access controls on infrastructure. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent for data processing

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.
