1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TTS2Go ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and paying customers.

2. Description of Service

TTS2Go provides AI-powered text-to-speech generation, content verification, and CDN delivery through a web dashboard and SDK packages. The Service includes API access, audio generation, storage, and delivery functionality as described on our website and documentation.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. User Obligations

You agree not to: (a) use the Service to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content; (b) attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions; (c) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service; (d) share API keys with unauthorized parties; (e) resell the Service without written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, documentation, and branding, is owned by TTS2Go. You retain ownership of your input content. Audio generated through the Service is licensed to you for use in accordance with your subscription plan. You may not redistribute generated audio as a competing text-to-speech service.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor, LemonSqueezy. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free tier usage does not require payment information.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. TTS2Go shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. You may cancel your subscription from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service and generated audio will cease. We may retain data as required by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or dashboard notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
